ZAP workshops for bullied children: It is a fun, interactive day that encourages the development of assertiveness skills and raises young people's confidence so that they are able to deal with bullying situations effectively.
Parents and carers can take advantage of these free workshops by requesting an application form here. They also attend a separate workshop on the day where they are given expert knowledge of how to effectively support their child.
The Anti-Bullying Alliance: Is a unique coalition of organisations and individuals, who work together to stop bullying and create safer environments in which children and young people can live, grow, play and learn. ABA is hosted by the National Children's Bureau and is part of the NCB Education and Equalities Team.
Bounce Back from Bullying: Childline has launched an online self-help tool for young people experiencing bullying aiming to help young people: understand whether what they are experiencing is bullying, build their resilience and gain help and support from counsellors. The tool asks questions about different aspects of bullying, and gives young people the tools they need, based on their answers, to build confidence and seek support.
