WEST MIDLANDS POLICE - FORCE INTELLIGENCE BUREAU (FIB) - Is responsible for managing all Intelligence which enters the West Midlands Police intelligence system. The FIB assesses all intelligence which comes in, and then sanitizes it to ensure that it does not compromise anyone.
